Non-members can inquire about their orders using the order number provided at the time of purchase.

Order cancellation and changes are only possible before the product preparation stage.
Once shipping has started, please register for a return after delivery is complete.
Orders may be canceled due to out-of-stock items or inventory changes, in which case you will be notified individually.

All orders are prepared sequentially after payment is completed.
General products are shipped within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes about 1–3 days after shipment.
Pre-order and reserved delivery products are shipped according to the schedule stated on the product page.
Delivery may be delayed due to weekends, public holidays, or courier circumstances.

Customs duties and import VAT are included in the product price (DDP). There are no additional costs to pay upon receipt of the product beyond the displayed amount.
The time required for customs clearance depends on the local customs circumstances, and delays caused by this are beyond the company's control.
If the product is returned due to refusal of receipt, refusal of customs clearance, or incorrect recipient information, a refund will be issued after deducting round-trip international shipping costs, actual return costs, and customs duties paid by the company.

Please apply for exchanges and returns through your MY PAGE order history within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products sent arbitrarily without prior application may be returned.
Shipping costs incurred due to customer reasons such as simple change of mind, size and color changes, or product dissatisfaction are borne by the customer. Shipping costs due to product defects or incorrect delivery are borne by Patex.
Upon completion of the application, Patex will automatically request a courier pickup.
The courier will visit within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If using a different courier service, please ensure to send the package prepaid.
Separately paid shipping fees will not be refunded.
Exchanges are only possible for size changes of the same product. If you wish to change to a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

International orders also require application within 7 days of product receipt.
Returned products must be sent back internationally to the return address above. In case of simple change of mind, international return shipping costs and customs duties/import VAT already paid by the company may be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of product defects or incorrect delivery, a full refund will be issued, and related costs will be borne by Patex.

Refunds will be processed according to the payment method after inspection of the returned product.
It may take a certain period for the refund to be completed, depending on the payment method and card company.
If signs of wear or damage are found on the product, return and refund may be restricted.

Material and care instructions for each product can be found on the product page and care label.
Please follow the advised washing and storage methods to maintain the product's shape and material for a long time.

Repair availability and cost may vary depending on the product condition.
Before applying for A/S, please prepare your order number and product photos and contact customer service.

Benefits for Patex members by tier.

Membership tiers are determined twice a year based on net payments over the last 6 months.
The renewed tier is maintained for 6 months until the next season.
Cancellations, returns, and shipping fees are excluded from purchase performance.

Season privileges are issued at least 4 times a year at the start of the season.
They can be used for 15 days from the issuance date, and no separate coupons are provided when tiers are renewed.

New member welcome coupons are valid for 30 days from the issuance date.
Birthday coupons are issued once a year and can be used for 15 days from the issuance date.
Coupons and discounts cannot be combined.
If you have multiple benefits, the highest discount rate will be applied.
Expired coupons will not be reissued.
